Follow-up of all issues relating to the evolution or run of the mainframe platform for technical or application aspects in compliance with the norms and standards and products defined by client technology.

- Dealing with mainframe systems engineering issues, in order to strengthen the current team made up of one internal and one external member. Very technical job with very few profiles. Installing mainframe products, upgrading current systems (ZOS, DB2, IMS, etc.). Management of incidents, capacity planning and interface with central mainframe teams.

- Senior profile in mainframe systems engineering: expertise in ZOS, all types of software installed on a mainframe - storage, IMS, DB2, Scheduler, Abendaid, Fileaid, .....) Be autonomous, communicate with software publishers, communicate with central mainframe teams. English required.

Expected services :

Description of service/activity 60% RUN vs.40% PROJECT
- Monitor the operation of mainframe platforms and the passage of batch processes
- Monitor system performance (CPU and disk space consumption) and provide diagnostics and suggestions for improvement.
- Contribute to the resolution of incidents and problems
- Act as the point of contact and relay between the application domains and the IF&IS teams regarding batch processing.
- Examine application requests from the Domains and implement them (JCL, Scheduling).
- Implementing or contributing to technical upgrades of mainframe platforms (system and middleware software versions).
- Contributing to mainframe technical architecture development projects
- Technical testing and contributing to functional testing
- Produce monitoring dashboards (resource consumption, etc.)
- Produce reports on batch operations
