Mission : Chef de projet Microsoft Dynamics sur Paris
As part of IPCS team (IT Planning & Country Support), the Dynamics CRM & Power Platform shared service at client’s Group is dedicated to support countries utilizing Microsoft Business Applications, including:
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service & Marketing), which is set to become the primary CRM solution for 15 countries, serving approximately 14,000 users.
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages), with potential usage across all countries. Please note that Power BI is not included in this scope.
As the adoption of Microsoft Business Applications continues to expand at clients, we are seeking a Dynamics CRM & Power Platform Specialist to enhance our team’s capabilities. The profile will work with the D365 solution architect and report to the Shared Service Manager.
Objectifs et livrables
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support the Shared Service Manager to deliver increased value to client entities through Group strategic initiatives, including:
Managing global licenses and support contracts.
Cultivating relationships with Microsoft teams (Account Management, Presales, FastTrack, ACE Support).
Overseeing the global tenant, establishing common rules and governance.
Assisting local operations with issues and incidents, as well as CRM pre-studies and projects.
Maximizing CRM value for countries to enhance their benefits.
Specific Areas of Responsibility:
License Management:
Facilitate understanding of the Microsoft licensing model for CRM and Power Platform.
Coordinate license reservations based on country-specific requirements.
Maintain monthly license tracking with budget implications.
Operational Support:
Supervise, manage, and optimize the tenant (including storage).
Streamline and industrialize client’s internal support processes.
Provide support to countries and liaise with Microsoft teams (FastTrack, ACE, and DSE).
Project Support:
Assist and monitor Dynamics CE projects in various countries, focusing on Sales and Marketing initiatives.
CRM Value Development:
Foster CRM community engagement by highlighting country achievements and sharing best practices.
Monitor CRM adoption by assessing scope, maturity, and usage.
Ultimately, you will support the Shared Service Manager on daily tasks around CRM and will act as a focal point for Power Platform shared service.
