Release Train Engineer (RTE)
As part of our digital transformation, we are looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to organize Program Increment (PI) Planning, coach Scrum Masters, and oversee change management.


Main Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate PI Plannings, ensuring proper planning and execution of increments.
- Coach and mentor Scrum Masters to improve agile practices and ensure effective collaboration between teams.
- Ensure adherence to change management processes and support teams in managing change.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of objectives.
- Track performance indicators such as deadline adherence, deliverable quality, and SAFe metrics, including cycle time reduction, velocity improvement, and WIP (work in progress) control, to optimize the flow across the agile train.
- Identify and remove workflow bottlenecks to improve delivery flow and continuously enhance value delivery.
Required Profile :

Background:
- Experience as a Release Train Engineer or in a similar role, with strong knowledge of agile frameworks. Especially Experience as a Release Train Engineer in large organization
- Ability to coach and support teams in an Agile environment.
- Excellent change management and agile process skills.
- Fluency in French & English is mandatory.
