1/Context:
The client initiated a Digital Workplace program named One Workplace Program in 2019. This program aims to develop global modern products to be rolled-out within the entire group in the coming years.
As part of the program, the Devices Product line defines an innovative vision and strategy for the usage, coordination and implementation in all entities of Modern Workplace devices, (Windows, Mac, Mobile) including Virtual Desktop, while insuring legacy transition.
2/Services & Deliverables:
• Service to gather and analyze the context, objectives, issues and projected methods
• Service to assess and challenge the overall requirements
• Service to formally frame the study requirements, in terms of objectives, constraints planning, security…) and expected deliverables
• Service to provide support to select the partners, possibly through RFP procedures whenever required, according to existing purchasing processes
• Service to drive the delivery from the partners
• Service to provide support with the governance of the sourced services
Services for Identified studies or execution for 2023-24 may include (examples):
• Managed services implementation
• Workforce evolution and upskilling plan
• Mac Edition convergence
• Windows Basic residual operations management
• Evolution of Modern Devices Operating model as big entities onboard to GO
• BYOD
Expected expertise:
• Service with expertise in IT governance assistance.
• Service with expertise in IT sourcing, including RFPs.
• Service with expertise in international contexts.
Hard expertise:
• Service with wide technical expertise in IT.
• Service with IT market expertise.
Soft expertise:
• Service provider personnel with strong empathy allowing relevant immersion in Group context.
• Service provider personnel with critical thinking expertise adding value to the program from an external service perspective.
• Service provider personnel with synthesis expertise supporting decision proposals.
• Service provider personnel with agility, allowing for rapid consideration of new requirements.
• Service with efficiency, quality, and reliability of the service’s deliverables.
Working environment(s):
• English working environment and English context – Mandatory
• French working environment and French context – Nice to have
Additional service specific parameters:
• Service in part time assignment of averagely 8-12 days per month.

- Service spécialisé dans l'assistance à la gouvernance informatique.
- Service spécialisé dans l'approvisionnement en technologies de l'information, y compris les appels d'offres.
- Service ayant une expertise dans les contextes internationaux.
Hard skills :
- Service disposant d'une vaste expertise technique en matière de technologies de l'information.
- Service disposant d'une expertise du marché des technologies de l'information.
Soft skills :
- Personnel du prestataire de services avec une forte empathie permettant une immersion pertinente dans le contexte du Groupe.
- Personnel du prestataire de services avec une expertise en pensée critique ajoutant de la valeur au programme d'un point de vue de service externe.
- Personnel du prestataire de services avec une expertise de synthèse soutenant les propositions de décision.
- Le personnel du prestataire de services est agile, ce qui lui permet de prendre rapidement en compte de nouvelles exigences.
- Le service avec l'efficacité, la qualité et la fiabilité des livrables du service.
