Mission freelance PMO – Transformation Roll-Out

Pour un client de la région de Marseille, nous cherchons un consultant FREELANCE.

Le PMO aura pour rôle de support le Roll Out Cross Functional Stream Lead au sein d'une équipe Lines & Pricing Transformation department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deployment Roadmap Management: Oversee and manage the department’s deployment roadmap. Ensuring alignment and consistency across deployment plans, considering timelines, resources, and dependencies. Help coordinate and establish guidelines for prioritizing.

• Readiness for Go-live: Prepare projects readiness plans for the go-live phase by ensuring all readiness check list is planned to be executed.

• Developing Hypercare Methodology: Assist in creating a post-deployment hypercare plan, including a governance structure and resolution processes to ensure successful project support.

• Resource Management: Develop and manage resource workload forecasts and capacity plans, identifying risks and supporting the resolution process.

• Documentation and Reporting: Create clear, concise presentations, tracking reports, and dashboards to communicate project progress and insights.

• Methodology Expertise: Provide guidance on project methodology, ensuring alignment with milestones and adherence to the global roadmap.

• Risk Management: Monitor, assess, and report project risks, collaborating with program leads to mitigate potential issues.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Transversal Roll-Out Lead and Change Management Lead and the program managers of each project to ensure streamlined execution and alignment with broader goals.

Deliverables:

• Deployment Oversight: Ensure comprehensive tracking and reporting of deployment progress using advanced planning tools.

• Resource Capacity Analysis: Provide detailed workload forecasts and capacity plans across all project phases.

• Progress Reporting: Develop and present dashboards and progress reports on project status, risks, and resource allocation.

• Stream Support: Assist stream leaders and the Roll-Out Leader in strategic planning, execution, and issue resolution.

• Insightful Analysis: Deliver structured analyses and recommendations to support decision-making and project success.
