The role involves managing and maintaining cloud services, with a focus on Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You'll be responsible for deploying and administering cloud services, performing Level 3 operational maintenance, and ensuring seamless collaboration with hosting providers and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure and GCP Cloud offerings
• Management of cloud servers and associated tools
• Installation and administration of IaaS and PaaS services in partnership with cloud providers
• Level 3 operational support for cloud environments, Windows servers, and Linux server
Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Azure, GCP, and automation tools such as Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux server management
• Excellent technical writing skills, including drafting specifications and operational documentation
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework is a plus
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and versatile
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Technical Environment:
• Operating Systems: 90% Windows Servers, 5% Linux Servers, 5% PaaS
• Cloud Infrastructure: 85% Azure, 10% GCP, 5% Aliyun
