To strengthen our functional team, we would like to welcome an external consultant to support us as Digital Functional Product Owner eCommerce (SF B2B & Drupal Commerce) whose focus will be to lead Salesforce B2B and Drupal Commerce projects. You will work in close collaboration with our business counterparts and GDIs teams in Paris and in India.

is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Product Owner to join our dynamic Digital IT Department. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Salesforce B2B Commerce and Drupal Commerce, and a passion for driving digital transformation and excellence in e-commerce solutions.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our e-commerce platforms, aligning with business goals and customer needs.

• Roadmap Management: Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, customer service, and IT to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Requirement Documentation: Create detailed user stories, business requirements documents (BRDs), and functional specifications for Salesforce B2B Commerce and Drupal Commerce implementations.

• Agile Product Development: Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

• User Experience Enhancement: Advocate for and implement best practices in user experience (UX) design, ensuring intuitive and effective customer journeys.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and user feedback, leveraging analytics to drive continuous improvement and optimization.

• Market Trends and Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product development and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a digital IT environment.

  • Proven expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce and Drupal Commerce.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

• Skills:

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital product lifecycle.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in French and English to work with our international teams

• Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce System Administrator), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent are a plus.
