Hi Everyone
I'm currently employed full time and work from home but would like to become freelance. The nature of the industry I work in means there are times that I have more hours in the day to pursue other work opportunites. I would like to approach my company and put forward the idea of contracting to them allowing me to use the extra hours to focus on developing my own work.
I have read a number of other posts and articles regarding which is the better option regarding starting a limited company or been self employed etc. I have managed to get myself completely confused and was hoping someone out ther could recommend the better option ??
Many Thanks

Not sure what your boss is like but most companys do not like there employees working else were at the same time, it boils down to the fact that they are scared you will do a runner with there clients or somthing along those lines, i would aproach telling them with caution.
good luck
