Démarrage: ASAP Lieu: Paris 17ème 4 jours sur site / 1 jour de télétravail Durée : Long terme Contrat : Freelance ou Portage salariale Vous trouverez ci-dessous le descriptif de la mission : You will interface with a Workplace L3 Engineering team that provides technical support to other subsidiaries of the group. As a partner of the Workplace product integration France & ITM team, you will contribute to support 35.000 Windows workstations mostly based in France. You will be jointly operating with the integration team members whose mission is to deliver the technical solutions allowing to maintain the operations, implementing remediations, improvements, new product features and also to contribute to our partners projects. Livrables attendus : • Service with contribution to Win10 SCCM-managed Virtual environment operations (golden image, Win10, AppSense) • Service with contribution to Win10 workstations integration and L3 support within entities in scope (log analysis, incident management, end-user troubleshooting) • Service with contribution to Windows 10 master upgrades readiness streams. • Service with contribution to all needed configuration/improvement to reach the minimum security level expected on workstations • Service with contribution to business projects providing consulting and expertise to project setup and implementation • Service with L3 support to machines in scope including L2 teams upskilling • Service with Master GPO definition and L3 expertise • Service with contribution to all technical workplace project involving the team • Service with contribution to early-morning operations/our close of business implementation can be required occasionally
