Description de l'offre pour le poste de Business Development Consultant:
As we continue to expand locally and internationally, we are looking for a Business Development Consultant to help drive our growth and meet the increasing demand for our services across various industries.
You will be responsible for driving the expansion of our client base both locally in Monaco and internationally. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.
Responsabilités :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both local and international markets, with a focus on IT consulting, digital transformation, and related services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure, ensuring revenue targets are met.
Collaborate with the leadership team to align on the company’s strategic growth objectives and ensure business development efforts are focused on priority markets.
Regularly report on business development activities, sales pipeline, and client feedback to support strategic decision-making.
Profil recherché
Compétences requises :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT or technology sector.
Strong understanding of IT services, including digital transformation, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
Proven track record of successfully building and managing client portfolios, with a focus on growing business in new markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Fluency in English is required.
Ability to work independently, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to driving growth.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally for client meetings and business development efforts.
