The Project Manager is a central role managing Information Security projects, ensuring technical and organizational coordination.
Project Management: Coordinates work streams including internal teams and the Global PMO.
Communication: Shares project factors with key stakeholders.
Facilitate Technical Discussions: Leads discussions and ensures alignment on technical decisions.

The main tasks and responsibilities include:
Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of the project.
Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends to prepare project status reports.
Updates the PMIS and creates project documents.
Presents the project status at various forums.
Facilitates technical decisions and technical conversations, challenges proposed solutions, and ensures final technical decisions are aligned among stakeholders.
Profil recherché
Les compétences et qualifications nécessaires sont les suivantes :
The required skills and qualifications are:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or Project Management.
Certifications: At least one of the following certifications is mandatory: PMO, PMP, Prince2, Agile.
Experience:
8-10 years of experience in IT project management, specifically in Information Security projects.
Proven experience managing Cybersecurity projects, including CIS controls assessment and roadmap implementation.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, such as CIS, Active Directory, and Firewalls.
Experience working on or supporting complex programs.
Knowledge of project management methodologies.
Familiarity with MS Project and ServiceNow is a plus.
Tools Proficiency: Office tools (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, MS Teams).

Location: The position is based in India at the designated site office.
Remote Work: 90%
Work Schedule: Standard business hours with occasional adjustments based on project needs
Expected Rhythm: Collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment requiring regular interaction with global teams
Equipment: All necessary tools and equipment for project execution will be provided
