The Project Management Services will be responsible for the following actions:
The Project preparation
• Service to lead the definition of the delivery and QOS objectives and the KPIs of the project in alignment with the strategic plan, in collaboration with the entities and the key stakeholders
• Service to build, formalize and get approvals on the build principles
• Service to identify the resources of the execution team, define the roles and responsibilities
• Service to build the starting pack together with the PMO (risk matrix, financials, resources, planning..)
• Service with coordination to other ongoing programs and projects (Move to the Cloud, One Workplace, Security, audit remediations …) to secure Network Department objectives
The Technologic acquisitions
• Service to collaborate in the RFP process: Analyze the answers, and select the vendor with the technical teams and the procurement.
• Service to identify the opportunities of implementation in the entities and prepare the detailed planning
• Service to coordinate together with the PMO the progress
Les services de gestion de projet seront responsables des actions suivantes :
1) La préparation du projet
Le service dirigera la définition des objectifs de livraison et de qualité de service (QOS) ainsi que les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) du projet, en alignement avec le plan stratégique, en collaboration avec les entités et les principaux acteurs.
Le service élaborera, formalisera et obtiendra les approbations sur les principes de construction.
Le service identifiera les ressources de l'équipe d'exécution, définira les rôles et responsabilités.
Le service construira le pack de démarrage avec le PMO (matrice des risques, finances, ressources, planning...).
Le service assurera la coordination avec d'autres programmes et projets en cours (migration vers le Cloud, One Workplace, sécurité, remédiations d'audit, etc.) pour garantir les objectifs du département réseau.
2) Les acquisitions technologiques
Le service collaborera au processus de RFP (appel d'offres) : analyser les réponses et sélectionner le fournisseur avec les équipes techniques et les achats.
Le service identifiera les opportunités de mise en œuvre dans les entités et préparera le planning détaillé.
Le service coordonnera l'avancement du projet avec le PMO.
Profil recherché

• Service to define the implementation process and secure the delivery
• Service to ensure quality of execution with the technical teams and the good
• synchronization of the project implementation steps. Track deliverables and challenge them
• Service to secure and monitor the product roadmap (Process, lifecycle..)
• Service to organize with the Operations department the product efficiency (QoS..)
• Service to monitor and report periodically on project progresses in its various dimensions to the PMO
• Service to provide support, guidance and advice for the PMO
• Service to maintain/update/centralize relevant documentation and processes

Expertise
• Service with senior expertise in an IT environment with Project Consulting / Project Management roles.
• Service with expertise on Network environment (have already managed Network projects), ability to understand the technologies. Security expertise is highly appreciated
• Service with expertise to deliver in international complex projects
• Service with expertise to work in tight planning (matrix environment, work with senior executives)
• Service with expertise in process improvement and organizational transformation
• Service with expertise of working with senior leaders, political awareness and stakeholder sensitivity
• Service with expertise in a fast paced working environment.
• Service of expertise with project management certification is an advantage (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
Expertise :
Service avec une expertise senior dans un environnement IT avec des rôles en consulting ou gestion de projet.
Service avec une expertise dans les environnements réseaux (ayant déjà géré des projets réseaux), capable de comprendre les technologies. Une expertise en sécurité est fortement appréciée.
Service avec une expertise dans la gestion de projets complexes à l'international.
Service avec une expertise pour travailler dans des délais serrés (environnement matriciel, travail avec des cadres supérieurs).
Service avec une expertise dans l'amélioration des processus et la transformation organisationnelle.
Service avec une expertise dans la collaboration avec des dirigeants seniors, une conscience politique et une sensibilité aux parties prenantes.
Service avec une expertise dans un environnement de travail rapide.
Une certification en gestion de projet est un avantage (ex : PMP, PRINCE2).
