• Technical Expertise in MES: A deep understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems, specifically Apriso, including its architecture, functionalities, and customization options. This expertise is crucial for making informed decisions and guiding the team effectively.

• Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. This competency ensures that the project progresses smoothly and stays within budget.

• Strong programming skills: APRISO technical leader should have a deep understanding of programming languages such as Java or C#, as well as proficiency in relevant frameworks and technologies used in the APRISO platform. A strong technical background is necessary, encompassing skills such as software development, database management, and web services integration. They should be comfortable working with different technologies, frameworks, and APIs.

• APRISO platform knowledge: They should possess a solid understanding of the APRISO platform, including its features, functionalities, and integration capabilities. Familiarity with the APRISO development environment and tools is also essential.
