Job title: Computer Aided Design (CAD) Support Location: Samlesbury - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: £47,683+ (dependent on skills and experience) What you'll be doing: Incident and request management for CAD services including end user CAD Toolset support Development, integration, testing, certification and deployment of new and updated CAD Toolsets Managing and reporting against security incidents (vulnerability remediation) Supporting licence renewal, purchasing, hosting and utilisation monitoring activities Transitioning services into a defined service model via Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR) Access Management (through "in app" configuration or Active Directory) Infrastructure Monitoring, Hardware evaluation, testing and monitoring Creating and maintaining stakeholder lists, and supporting communications exercises IT Governance to ensure that services in scope of the role follow set IT and Security policies Your skills and experiences: Essential: Understanding of Engineering CAD Toolsets primarily Siemens NX, secondarily Dassault Systemès CATIA V5 Wide ranging engineering background with understanding of the design community Awareness of the full through lifecycle of both hardware and software Desirable: Knowledge of ITIL V4 terminology is desirable Benefits: You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
