Contexte :
We are implementing a quoting solution to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and support strategic growth across the organization.
CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) is a dynamic tool designed to empower the sales team by simplifying the complex processes of configuring products, setting accurate prices, and generating customer quotes in real-time. With CPQ, sales users can say goodbye to manual calculations, inconsistent pricing, and lengthy quoting cycles.
The solution automates discounts, pricing, and approvals, enabling faster, more consistent, and accurate quotes that help maximize revenue and margins.
As our CPQ solution rolls out across multiple subsidiaries and continues to evolve with new features and processes, we seek a skilled Change Manager to reinforce our Change management team in order to ensure a smooth transition and high adoption among stakeholders.
Missions principales :
The CPQ Change Manager will support change management activities to drive end-user readiness and adoption across various subsidiaries. This role will support change efforts tied to CPQ enhancements and coordinate deployment strategies for new subsidiaries.
As the project started few years ago, the change manager should be able to quickly onboard and work on the overall strategies while implementing some deliverables for the ongoing deployments.
Key Missions:
Deployment Support & Subsidiary Rollouts:
Coordinate change management strategies for deploying CPQ across subsidiaries, addressing specific needs and timelines for each subsidiary/market. Given overlapping deployments, the role will ensure tailored approaches to minimize disruptions and optimize adoption.
Continuous Communication Management:
Support the change activities associated with CPQ releases and enhancements, ensuring timely and consistent updates to stakeholders.
Oversee communication channels, including the maintenance of CPQ SharePoint, incident communications, and survey management to assess user experience and engagement.
Training Management:
Design and deliver training materials for users at all levels, ensuring alignment with CRM updates and release cycles.
Maintain the Framework/Rollout Kit, ensuring resources are updated and accessible for any internal stakeholder.
Service Contract Renewal Process:
Support change management for the service contract renewal process, a critical component of CPQ that will require dedicated attention for smooth adoption. Work with teams to adapt users to the new renewal framework and support them in the transition.
Customer Account Structure (Master Data Management) Support:
Collaborate with the MDM project team to align on changes to the customer account structure, ensuring users are well-prepared and informed on structural adjustments impacting account management.
Price Simplification Support:
- Partner with the SAP and price simplification project teams to integrate and manage change activities for pricing adjustments, preparing users for the upcoming shifts in price management structures.
Livrables et réponsabilités :
- Change Strategy & Impact Analysis: Develop customized change strategies based on the impact of CPQ deployments, considering the specific requirements of each subsidiary to facilitate adoption of the CPQ solution, processes, and enhancements.
- Change Management Planning: Define and implement change management plans using methodology, including impact analysis, communication, mobilization and training, leadership alignment, organization and process alignment, handover and creation of a sustainable change network.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing clear, consistent messaging throughout each phase of the CPQ rollout.
- Process Alignment and Organizational Transition: Support the alignment of processes and the transition to the targeted organization incorporating CPQ, including defining roles and responsibilities as part of the change process.
- Governance and Support Structure : Support in defining and setting up a target governance and support organization for CPQ across subsidiaries, ensuring sustainable support structures.
- Communication & Support: Design and produce engaging communications, maintaining up-to-date information on communication platforms to address user needs and promote awareness.
- Training Delivery & Evaluation: Develop training materials, support training sessions, and gather user feedback to continuously refine and improve the training approach.
- Adoption Measurement : Measure the effectiveness of change management activities and adoption using defined methodologies and through survey/reporting as needed.
- Project Team Development : Contribute to raising the change management maturity of project teams, fostering awareness and understanding of effective change management practices.
- Other : Actively contribute to change management communities /team by sharing experiences & lessons learned.
Profil recherché :
- > 8 years of experience in change management role.
- Relevant Experience in international projects and rollouts.
- Background in managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Previous experience in Salesforce solution/platform deployment is a must have.
Hard skills:
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies (eg: PROSCI) and operational tools.
- Fluent in english (spanish is a definite plus!)
- Proven ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders and adapt communication style as needed.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, oversee complex rollouts, and monitor progress against timelines and objectives.
