Fully remote with potential travel to Paris or India as needed.

The role involves managing IT infrastructure projects. The Project Manager will serve as the focal point for coordinating technical and operational aspects, ensuring alignment among stakeholders, and facilitating technical discussions. The position supports critical infrastructure initiatives in a dynamic, global environment.
Responsabilités principales :
Le chef de projet aura pour mission de gérer le cycle complet des projets, de la planification au suivi, en passant par la communication, la gestion des parties prenantes et les décisions techniques
Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
Develop, maintain, and revise project proposals, including objectives, technologies, timelines, funding, and staffing
Set and track project milestones; manage and realign schedules and expectations as needed
Establish and implement communication plans, providing regular updates to stakeholders
Collect, analyze, and summarize trends to prepare detailed status reports
Facilitate technical decisions and discussions, challenging proposed solutions to ensure alignment
Work closely with internal teams such as Business Analysts, Domain Leaders, and IT vendors
Coordinate with external consultants and vendors for technical assessments and strategies
Profil recherché
Nous recherchons un profil doté d'une solide expérience en gestion de projets IT, avec une compréhension approfondie des infrastructures et des méthodologies de gestion de projet
Required Skills:
8-10 years in IT project management, particularly in IT infrastructure
Good understanding of infrastructure concepts, including servers, storage, backup, and networking
Hands-on experience in server or network administration is preferable
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Power BI, ServiceNow, and Office Suite
Certifications like PMO, PMP, Prince2, or Agile are highly desirable
Ability to manage complex programs and act as a top-level contributor in project strategy and scope
