Mission freelance Tech lead consultant Celonis EMS (h/f)

• Contract start date: May 1st, at the earliest.

• Duration : Year 2025 at least.

• Location: Not relevant, FULL REMOTE position

We are looking for a Tech Lead Consultant with extensive experience in Celonis EMS, a process mining tool, to support our client's migration from ECC to S/4HANA. This role requires a strong understanding of Python development, predictive analytics, and process flow management. The consultant will be responsible for enhancing operational applications, cleaning master data, and setting up continuous improvement KPIs. The initial engagement is expected to begin in May, aligning with peak demands.

• Lead the migration project from ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring smooth data transition.

• Support the creation of operational applications utilizing Celonis EMS.

• Identify and standardize processes based on change log data from SAP.

• Develop and implement KPIs for continuous improvement initiatives.

• Create technical specifications and functional rules for critical SAP objects.

• Facilitate workshops to define requirements and processes.

• Maintain a single point of contact for the Celonis application.

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Celonis EMS.

• Proficiency in Python and SQL.

• Strong analytical skills in predictive analytics and process mining.

• Experience in managing change logs and data cleansing.

• Ability to create technical documents and specifications.

• Familiarity with RPA and process automation principles.

• Experience working in a global or European market.

• Knowledge of sprint methodologies and technical workshops.

• Proficiency in additional programming languages.

• The consultant will work independently and will be the sole resource on the application.

• Fluency in English is necessary for communication.
