emagine is looking for one of its great account a SAP Roles & Authorisations Designer.

Context:



Our resource serves as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, developing consistent solutions to meet user needs and user experience requirements, in regular changes and projects.

The R&A expert will be the part of Roles & Authorization team responsible on handling the project related activities. Analyse, design and implement the R&A solution in respect to SOD policies (Mainly involved in Distribution Manufacturing Planning  Warehouse PM/PS workstreams).





Main responsabilities :



•Should have a good knowledge on Distribution & WareHouse business process workflow.

•Understand the Supply Chain processes associated to SAP roles and authorization to Design/Build/Tests in respect to Segregation of Duty (SoD) rules.

•Maintain the product knowledge through relevant documentation.

•Coach Supply Chain R&A Level 2 support & Help R&A Level 3 issues solving.

Participate to R&A Team continuous improvement & activities



Skills :

 

•Extensive knowledge of SAP ECC MM PP SD PM/PS / Distribution, planning Warehousing

•Good Knowledge & understanding of SAP Authorisation

•Other ECC Area/Module knowledge is a plus

•Must have experience in FIORI and GRC Access Control authorization concepts.

•Knowledge of SAP Authorisation for S4 is a plus

•Good  communication skills, both written and oral : Facilitation, interviews, change management

•Strong Analysis  & conception Skills

•Curious and interested about Access Management /Risk management understanding & SoD concept

•Fluent in English. Additional language is a plus



Academic Background:

•Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or business school

•SAP ECC Supply Chain Trained

•ITIL Certified is a plus



Professional experience: 

•Good to have experience in SAP Supply Chain experience in international organisation with SAP mastering in Distribution, planning Warehousing flows.

•5+ years experience in SAP  authorisation in above areas is a plus

•Risk Consciousness especially understanding  Segregation of Duty
