POSTE BASE A CLERMONT FERRAND

- Leading a team of quality engineers in multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.

- You will apply your business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies using quality processes and methodologies.

- Your role will involve applying testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics for managing and assessing the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution.

- You are expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

- Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Develop and implement innovative quality engineering strategies to improve testing processes and drive quality across the application lifecycle.

- Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers, providing guidance and support in multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement key metrics for managing and assessing the testing process, ensuring efficient test execution and defect resolution.

- Contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, leveraging your expertise in Test Management and other recommended skills.

- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality engineering, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills to excel in the role.

Advanced proficiency in Test Management is required.
Quality Engineering Strategy and Planning, Testing Process and Quality Improvement, and Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation are recommended skills with advanced proficiency.
