Description du Poste : Nous recherchons un(e) expert(e) en conduite du changement pour accompagner un programme stratégique de transition vers le Cloud. La mission consiste à concevoir et déployer une stratégie de changement adaptée, en collaboration avec les parties prenantes, afin de garantir une adoption réussie et durable des nouvelles pratiques liées au Cloud. Responsabilités : Participer à l’analyse d’impacts organisationnels liés au Cloud et identifier les parties prenantes concernées. Élaborer et ajuster une stratégie de conduite du changement comprenant : Formation Communication Documentation Recrutement Coaching Animer des ateliers, produire des supports de communication et coordonner les contributions des différents acteurs. Suivre et évaluer l'efficacité des actions mises en place, avec des reportings réguliers auprès de la direction. Identifier et gérer les résistances au changement. Coacher des relais locaux pour amplifier l’impact des initiatives.

🔥 MISSIONS PRINCIPALES 1️⃣ Pilotage technique et gestion des infrastructures SAN Analyser et prendre en charge les nouveaux projets liés aux solutions de stockage (SAN, NAS, objets). Débloquer les situations techniques pour accélérer l’avancement des projets (audit de performance, analyse des incidents, recommandations). Assurer la fiabilité et la performance des infrastructures en veillant à leur conformité avec les exigences métiers et techniques . Déployer les solutions SAN en intégrant les bonnes pratiques de gestion du changement et d’automatisation. Échanger avec les architectes en phase de conception pour garantir l’ exploitabilité et la scalabilité des solutions . 2️⃣ Coordination et suivi des projets de stockage Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes N3 et les responsables de service pour assurer un suivi rigoureux des projets. Participer aux COPROJ et assurer une communication fluide avec les clients pour garantir la transparence sur l’avancement des tâches. Évaluer et proposer des améliorations sur les process et solutions en place pour optimiser les performances et la gestion des infrastructures. Communiquer avec les clients internes et externes sur les évolutions de configuration nécessaires et s’assurer de leur bonne mise en œuvre. 3️⃣ Documentation et support aux équipes d’exploitation Assurer l’exploitabilité des solutions SAN en fournissant une documentation détaillée et en contribuant au processus de recevabilité des infrastructures. Servir de support technique avancé aux équipes d’exploitation en cas de besoin. Automatiser et industrialiser les tâches récurrentes via des outils comme Terraform, Ansible, Shell et Python .
