  Role and Responsibilities: As the Lead ASIC Design Engineer in the R&D team, work closely with the verification team and backend specialists, focusing on front-end ASIC development using Verilog and VHDL. Reporting to the Technical Director, play a crucial role in defining SoC architectures and specifying development blocks.

Key responsibilities include:
• Defining SoC Architecture: Specify and develop complex blocks, ensuring high-performance data processing and robust communication protocols.
• Project Ownership: Depending on experience, take ownership of specific project segments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Technical Mastery: Address complex designs (DMA, Interrupt Controllers, signal processing, etc.), multi-clock domains, and RTL design with expertise.
  Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal Lead ASIC Design Engineer will bring:
• 5+ years’ experience in digital design, with proven expertise in multi-core SoC architecture, high-speed communication protocols, and RTL design.
• Precision and Pragmatism: Ability to balance technical perfectionism with practical solutions.
• Team Spirit and Innovation: A collaborative approach, out-of-the-box thinking, and an eagerness to tackle challenges.
• Desirable Skills: Knowledge of AMBA protocols, STA/timing closure, power-aware design, and Network-on-Chip is an advantage, with opportunities for further training to develop these skills.
