Experience Extensive experience of the full end to end software development life cycle, with a working understanding of each relevant stage. ITIL experience and technical knowledge to run various phases of software delivery. Strong expertise in relationship management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement up to the Director level. Demonstrated experience in reporting and effective risk and issue management. Understanding of the agile mindset and ability to apply it in various scenarios. Experience in managing and coaching empowered teams. Experience in managing budget and costs. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross functional teams. Experience in coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, clients, and team members. Experience in managing expectations and resolving conflicts diplomatically. Delivery Focus: A track record of delivering high quality products or solutions on time and within budget. Experience in tracking progress and drive improvements.
