Job Vacancy Senior IC Applications Manager

This is an opportunity for a Senior IC Applications manager to join an established semiconductor company based in San Jose, CA. Throughout this role, you will help work on the development of their fibre optics and optical communications technology.

Responsibilities include:
• Interact with the internal and external customers, to offer guidance on integrating the companies devices in their systems.
• Lead and help to further develop a team of application engineers.
• Provide technical expertise and mentor junior team members.
• Manage evaluation of prototype silicon.
Industry degree is required for the successful Senior RF IC Design Engineer.

Experience is required in the following:
• Hands-on experience working on RFIC Design.
• Experience within the semiconductor industry.
• An understanding of optical communication systems is a plus.
• Experience with S parameters is a must.
The candidate should have good written and communication skills for this position. You should also be able to work onsite in their San Jose office 3 days per week, 2 days work from home.
