Role & Responsibilities: * Develop and implement comprehensive compliance policies tailored to the regulatory landscape of the insurance industry. * Advise the management team on current and emerging compliance issues and strategize appropriate company-wide responses. * Regularly review and update company practices against the standards set by regulatory bodies. * Conduct team trainings and workshops to ensure compliance standards are understood and adhered to across the organization. * Prepare detailed reports on compliance activities and findings for senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.Key Skills: * Regulatory Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of regulatory reforms and governance frameworks relevant to the insurance industry. * Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze legal regulations and effectively integrate them into business processes. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to successfully relay compliance information within all levels of the organization. * Leadership: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a compliance team. * Problem Solving: Skilled in identifying and resolving compliance-related issues before they can become problematic for the business. * Must have London Market Insurance expereince #LI-PB1
