Job Title: Data Analytics Manager

Salary: £70,000 plus with executive benefits including car allowance and bonus on top

What you'll be doing:

• Design and implement scalable, secure and high-performance data architectures aligned with BAE Systems Submarines' strategic goals
• Shape and execute the company's data strategy, working both hands-on and managing the team to deliver results
• Lead and manage data governance by creating and enforcing policies around data ownership, stewardship and lifecycle management
• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to ensure data governance policies are effectively implemented and adhered to
• Oversee data quality programs, including data profiling, cleansing and reporting, to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all business units

Your skills and experiences:

• Extensive experience in Data Governance, architecture, and data quality management within large, complex organisations
• A proven ability to develop and execute data strategies that align with business objectives, particularly in the Defence or heavy engineering sector
• Strong knowledge of data analytics tools, techniques, and practices, with a focus on process mining and business optimisation
• In-depth understanding of Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations delivery functions
• Demonstrated experience in managing change and driving data-driven transformation in complex environments

We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
