We are looking for an organised administrator to join our Project Management Office Team. The PMO Administrator role

Working  in our Project Management office, some of the ways you would support the team include:

Follow our processes - to ensure accurate financial and project reporting to customers and colleagues, completing regular tasks within the required timescales
Look after the team email account - respond to queries from around the company, especially financial queries associated with our Services.
Quality Assurance - review and check the setup of new projects, enabling the project work, time recording and revenue recognition, to commence
Teamwork- work with our friendly and supportive team of administrators, providing general admin support to your Project Management Office colleagues and wider services team
Identifying Areas for Business Improvement - The PMO Administrator is encouraged to identify areas where business processes maybe improved and contribute to the roll out of changes to business processes

Collaborate with your team - You will work with colleagues as part of the Project Management Office as with wider PS team and stakeholders.

Grow and develop your expertise and responsibilities as you gain a deeper understanding of our systems and processes over the first year 

This would be a great career move if you:  Are a good communicator, organised and looking for a role where you can make a difference by being a really great administrator. You should take pride in doing a great job, with an attention to detail and a love of processes. Multi-tasking, time management and working to deadlines will be second nature to you. Whilst it is not essential, it would be beneficial if you enjoy working with financial data and have some previous experience working in an administrator role.

Education/Skills: We are open to receiving applications from a variety of educational backgrounds and industries. Please note, because of the types of data and clients we work with you must be able to hold national clearance.

A good basic salary starting from circa £25k+ depending on experience, plus a bonus paying up to 20% per annum

Flexibility around working hours and location - We welcome full time and part time applications (minimum 22.5 hours). Working on a hybrid basis (a mixture of home and office) you will need to be located in the Cambridge or Aylesbury area. Occasional full day and overnight meetings will be required to attend team and company meetings.
