The role Working within the IT team at Energy Saving Trust, the IT Admin will assist the IT Service Desk manager with daily administrative tasks vital to the smooth running of the department. The ideal candidate will also act to support other members of the IT team and will work cross-department with other parts of the organization to find efficient, smooth ways of delivering on our business requirements that allow for accuracy and ease of working. The role will also act as a point of contact for the business for technical matters, which will include answering the phone and logging tickets in our ServiceDesk system. This requires an understanding of how to communicate with different stakeholders and gather requirements. What you'll do Post: dealing with any physical post or email correspondence for the department, answering, or liaising with the department members or management to answer all enquiries. Asset management, including the maintenance of the asset management database, ensuring that records are updated and remain certification compliant.
