The AR&M and Supportability Team: You will join a growing team of 13 individuals based across our sites at Brough, Filton and Barrow tasked with AR&M analysis and creating case reports against combat systems. This team completes their own AR&M analysis and produces their own reports and calculations to ensure the availability targets are being met for the systems of the submarine. There is a lot of collaboration and engagement required as part of this role therefore you will have the opportunity to liaise with a range of stakeholders from the MOD, Dreadnought Alliance system owners/designers, as well as external suppliers at design reviews and also the Combat Systems senior managers. Joining this team allows you to influence the design of the Dreadnought platform from a Combat Systems perspective as well mentor and coach new members of the team to support the capability further.
