Change manager London - Hybrid Permanent I am currently working with a leading InsurTech that partner with clients within the London Market to further advance digital capabilities. This is an exciting period for the business as they look to bolster their change team with a new change manager to deliver digital initiatives. In this role you will be developing and implementing change management strategies and plan that maximise employee adoption and usage delivered change initiatives, while reducing resistance to adoption. Responsibilities include supporting and coaching people managers through the transition and support project teams to integrate changes into their project plans. Responsibilities: * Take a structured approach to leading change activities, leveraging change methodologies, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of change * Support communication activities through design, development, delivery and management of communications * Assess the impact of change through impact analyses, assessing change readiness and identify key stakeholders * Support training through the inputting, documenting, design and delivery * Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics * Manage anticipated resistance * Create actionable deliverables: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan * Support organisational design and definition of roles and responsibilities * Evaluate and ensure user readiness * Manage the change portfolio Experience & Qualifications: * 6+ years of relevant industry experience, and 2+ years in a similar role * Experience in a change management role / environment * Proficient with change management methodologies, tools and software * A continuous learner, staying up to date with industry knowledge and technology * DESIRED - Advanced degree in relevant field * DESIRED - certifications such as PROSCI If you feel you skills and experience match, please reach out with an up to date CV.

Job Title: Senior Internal Financial Controls Specialist Duration: 12 months with a view to extend Rate/Salary: £450-650 per day inside IR35 (subject to experience) Location: London/home based (2-3 days in central London office per week plus home working) The Role: The role involves maintaining the Internal Control Framework across the Group, including the accuracy of controls maintained on the control platform, and ensuring compliance with SOX requirements. * Develop and uphold a strong control environment through maintaining up to date process and control documentation * Support management in the identification and management of key risks * Conduct annual SOX testing in line with Group methodology to provide assurance over financial reporting * Manage the control remediation process for related control gaps/ deficiencies * Monitor control performance in Internal Control tool * Ensure the Internal Control tool is maintained for specific controls * Produce assigned reporting for both Executive and non-Executive management * Provide control oversight and identity control process improvements * Rationalise overlapping and duplicate controls Experience Required: * Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA). * Internal Audit or Risk background within the Insurance industry is essential * Good SOX understanding and experience * Sound grasp of risk management principles and practices * Clear operational mind-set with first-hand experience of process re-engineering, root cause and business analysis. * Analytical thinker / pragmatic problem solver * Ability to deliver against tight deadlines and competing priorities If the above role would be of interest and you fit the following criteria, please apply online for consideration. They are looking to recruit a Senior Director ideally with experience within the media/entertainment/content arena. • Own the client relationship, developing strategic relationships within the client organization • Be accountable for project outcomes, ensuring consistent and satisfying project delivery and that all obligations are being met • Act as the project architect, organizing and managing all phases of a project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery • Lead project teams comprising diverse skillsets, and be able to step in and lend a hand when necessary • Take responsibility for communications and reporting, both internally and to the client • Coach your project teams, guiding and teaching to ensure success of each member • Provide a leadership and hands-on backstop to your teams' technical and process leaders Skills Requirement: You will have the following skills and expertise: • Bachelor's and/or Advanced degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience • 10+ years of overall professional work experience • A consulting background: 3+ years of customer-facing consulting experience or experience delivering technology services projects • A technical background: 5+ years of hands-on experience developing, testing, releasing, operating, or supporting software in an enterprise • An Agile background: Certified Scrum Master or equivalent • Expertise developing cloud technologies, applications, networking infrastructure, data, and/or security • Knowledge and domain experience in financial services or related fields • Experience leading teams responsible for public cloud (AWS preferred) • AWS Associate or Professional Certifications • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with team members and audiences of all levels • Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams to define and meet requirements • Ability to apply critical thinking to solve difficult problems without obvious solutions • Ability to maintain equanimity in a constantly evolving environment • Ability to grow in skills and ability in new environments The Client has offices in Holborn London.
