Our client are seeking an experienced Team Lead - Full Stack C# to join their team on a fully remote basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects within the financial services sector, with a focus on high-performance backend systems and scalable microservices architecture. 

Role Overview:

Managing a small team of offshore developers, working on the BAU stream - supporting with live issues, managing the delivery of new and legacy system BAU work.

Key Responsibilities:

'                  •            Managing team of offshore developers'                  •            Develop and enhance backend systems using C#.NET Core.'                  •            Build and maintain microservices architecture.'                  •            Create dynamic and responsive user interfaces using Angular 16+.'                  •            Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.'                  •            Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and scalability.'                  •            Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
Required Skills and Experience:

'                  •            Proven experience of managing a team of offshore developers'                  •            Strong commercial experience with C#.NET Core.'                  •            Proficiency with Angular 16+ for frontend development.'                  •            Proven experience of managing offshore teams'                  •            Solid understanding of Microservices architecture.'                  •            Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is advantageous.'                  •            Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.'                  •            Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
