Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Process Analyst with expertise in internal audit, risk management, and process mapping for a 3-month contract. The role involves analysing, documenting, and optimising business processes, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and COSO frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Document process flows, controls, and risk assessments with cross-functional teams.
* Identify and implement process improvements.
* Conduct risk assessments and evaluate internal controls for regulatory compliance.
* Support internal audit and risk management activities with accurate documentation.
* Analyse gaps and create action plans for deficiencies.
* Provide insights into banking operations for enhanced efficiency and compliance.
* Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Experience needed:
* PSD2 & EMI experience
* Strong understanding of banking operations and regulatory environments.
* Proficiency in process mapping, documentation, and control identification.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Experience with SOX auditing, compliance, and COSO frameworks.
* Proficiency in process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* 3-5 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, and process analysis in banking/financial services.

Preferred Skills:
* Experience in banking/financial institution audits.
* Knowledge of operational and financial risk management.
* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

It is vital that you have PSD2 and EMI experience when applying, otherwise your profile will not be considered. Recent SOX and COSO experience is a bonus, but not essential.
