Job Title: PMO - Risk Lead Location: Barrow-in-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: £45,628+ depending on skills and experience What you'll be doing: Leading a small team of Risk professionals Heading various programmes and project requirements within Site & Facilities Producing reporting requirements across various programme and projects Working with relevant Project Manager Leads to manage Risk within Operating closely with stakeholders to agree on identification and management of Project and Programme risks, including mitigation strategies Identifying, assessing and managing risks to the success of the project. With this, you will be able to apply appropriate Project Management and Control methods and tools whether predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches Your skills and experiences: Essential: Working knowledge of ARM (Active Risk Manager) Sound and demonstrated experience of being able to influence stakeholders Experience working on Major Projects in a Risk capacity Experience managing a small team Desirable: Experience with Primavera P6 Project Management certification (APM, Prince2 qualified or IRM) or equivalent experience Benefits: You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. Working within the Risk team to support a growing and varied portfolio of projects in Site & Facilities across the Barrow site. This role offers a wide range of exposure to different teams across the Barrow site, whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function and work across various functions.
