In this role you will travel to various locations around the UK with a small team of Engineers working on AV & IT projects including networking, servers, switches, assembly of hardware, cabling and other AV and IT technologies. You will act as a mentor to junior engineers in the team and help to drive successful projects forward from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be a Lead/Senior Engineer with experience leading AV/IT projects. You will need to be passionate, positive and have the ability to motivate and educate junior teammates. You will need to be happy with travelling, have a full UK drivers license. Ideally you will have an ECS/CSCS card but they will put you through the exam if you don't.
