About The Role Team - Lean Agile Centre of Excellence Working Pattern - Hybrid - 2 days per week in either the London, Stockport or Bournemouth offices. Full time hours. 6 Months Fixed Term Contract. You will coach, mentor, and guide our people to figure out the best solutions for their specific challenges. You will analyse the organisation's existing structure and implement improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies. Ultimately, you will play a key role in the long-term strategy across the entire Enterprise organisation, helping our teams to deliver better products in a faster, more efficient manner.
