Grade: GG08 Referral Bonus: £5,000 Role Purpose The purpose of the Planning, Monitoring and Control (PM&C) Professional is to set up, operate and assure the processes directly associated with: Budgeting and Cost Management Managerial Analysis Time scheduling and phasing The PM&C Professional may also set up, operate and assure aspects of Project Management Integration such as Risk & Opportunity Management The role will also provide direct support to Portfolio, Programme and Project Managers, and Service Delivery Managers, as required within the framework of the local Programme Management Office Common Role Accountabilities Contribute to a culture of delivery excellence across the delivery community Act as a source of best practice guidance on project management processes relating to project set up, overall and specific control during execution and close down activities Undertake the common administrative and management support activities for projects, programmes and portfolios Produce management information, including scenario modelling, in direct support of analysis of a project, programme or portfolios health Support delivery governance and reporting requirements The responsibilities and accountabilities of work associated with this role are: A PM&C Professional is expected to have an awareness of the project management lifecycle and associated support duties and work independently in the application of these activities across portfolios, programmes and projects. PMO Analyst

Your Role As our PMO analyst you will be responsible for assisting in financial controls and financial admin, including raising purchase orders, invoices management, as well as accruals, recharges and cost management. You will assist with project/programme plans and re-planning. You will be responsible for tracking, monitoring, identification/maintenance and challenging of RAID logs. You will be supporting the project management/programme manager with management information including milestone reporting, analysis and distribution of MI. You will be responsible for the adherence to relevant UK Change procedures, standards, processes, controls and tools by taking ownership of ensuring consistency for example templates and formats are utilised. About You To be successful in this role you will have experience of PMO Support/ Admin in an Agile Programme and transformation delivery, preferably you will have project and programme experience. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce high quality written documentation and select the content, style, format and distribution methods most appropriate to the audience. PMO Analyst

About the role As a PMO Analyst you'll be responsible for managing the planning activities for Zellis implementation projects and programmes, analysing financial information to keep projects on track, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all leaders understand where a project is in the development process. Your role will be critical to ensuring our implementation practice delivers a brilliant and efficient experience for customers, as well as achieves our revenue and profit targets, through your work with colleagues across the Zellis Customer Solutions (ZCS) team as well as wider stakeholders from other departments. You'll have excellent stakeholder management and client relationship building skills at all levels, to ensure you can support the delivery of programmes and projects in accordance with the company's defined methodology and governance. As well as this, you'll need to be comfortable working at pace, operating both independently and as a part of a team, with strong attention to detail as we work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities every day. In this role your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing the development of projects and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently. Successfully managing and updating a number of key project deliverables, including the project and programme plan (at multiple levels), workstream plans, objectives, milestones, risks and issues, status reporting, and governance. Accurately documenting and presenting on the programme and projects development and execution, as well as documenting the projects scope, budget, and justification. Supporting the Programme Director or Project Manager to report on the P&L and commercial margin of the delivery, and providing financial reports and budget outlines for internal review. Collaborating with other department leaders to support programme and project activities. Keeping Zellis and Customer CRM, and project or programme management systems, up to date. Scheduling governance meetings within the PMO, Programme and Project Managers, taking minutes during meetings. Offering regular support in completing project functions to Programme and Project Managers and Consultant teams. Skills & experience Relevant experience demonstrated in a similar role, preferably with medium-large scale implementation, software, advisory or managed services customers with medium-large scale employee volumes (over 10,000 EEs and £300k budgets). Experience tracking and reporting on project KPIs, objectives, financial measures, planning, resourcing, deliverables, change controls, and successful outcomes with internal and customer stakeholders (with support and guidance from Engagement Director, Programme and Project Managers). Exceptional planning skills to enable you to deliver your own work within deadlines (work and delivery is monitored and reviewed at agreed milestones). Understands and applies appropriate methods, tools, applications, and processes. Follows a methodical approach to identify and resolve simple risks and issues, and can anticipate and raise more complex risks and issues to enable them to be mitigated. Takes the initiative to develop skills and knowledge by identifying (and agreeing with manager) appropriate development opportunities. Excellent, confident communicator, able to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. Highly organised and experienced at balancing multiple competing priorities. IT literate and confident at learning and using new systems. Natural problem solver, experienced at dealing with issues, recommending solutions and supporting through to resolution. Competent in gaining an understanding of project support requirements, to assist Programme and Project Managers and Consultants in working efficiently and effectively with customers. Project Management qualifications may be advantageous. Project Administrator

Project Administrator - 2 month contract - Waterford (Ireland) - Part-Time - 2 days a week - Onsite - Immediate Interviews My customer is seeking a Project Administrator/PMO Analyst/Project Support to work closely with the Project Manager to support the delivery of a Cyber Security Project. Experience with a similar project would be beneficial but not essential, so previous experience with other IT related projects would be considered. The successful Project Administrator/PMO Analyst/Project Support will maintain plans, reports and schedules, this includes going to an onsite meeting once a week to discuss findings and create plans using GANTT charts. Key responsibilities of the Project Administrator/PMO Analyst/Project Support: â Assistance in the planning, delivery and monitoring of the project.â Monitor progress of tasks given to internal stakeholders.â Manage project schedules and timelines using GANTT charts.â Prepare and maintain project documentation, Including status reports and meeting minutes.â Attending Tuesday meetings onsite in Waterford, Ireland.â Monitoring project progress and communicate potential issues and risks to PM.
