Our client is pioneering memory expanders and switches for the new CXL standard and are currently working on 7nm - 3nm technology nodes. Role Overview: As a Verification Engineer, you will be instrumental in defining and implementing verification strategies for the next generation of cutting-edge ASIC and FPGA products. Working from initial specifications through to final product release, you will plan, execute, and analyse the verification of complex designs. This role involves close collaboration with highly skilled technical teams worldwide, enabling you to contribute directly to high-performance and innovative solutions. I am recruiting for a Principal Analog IC Design Engineer on behalf of a well-established and reputable organisation in Oslo, Norway, renowned as a market leader in sensor technology. I am helping them find an experienced engineer that would take on the role of Technical Lead, supporting a team of approximately 12 analog engineers. There is also potential for involvement in people and project management, depending on the individual’s strengths and aspirations. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Lead the analog side of sensor development from start to finish, including core definition, development oversight, and silicon validation. • Guide technical decisions with the leadership team. • Lead a team of up to 12 engineers, handling task assignments, scheduling, reviews, and reporting. • Collaborate with global teams across multiple disciplines. • Drive circuit innovation and design process improvements. • Assist with circuit design, layout, and verification as needed I am looking for an individual with around 10 years of experience who is open to relocating to Oslo.
