Required qualifications to be successful in this role To excel in this role, you must have strong technical leadership experience with a background in Oracle eBusiness Suite. You should be confident in defining architectural approaches, analysing risks, and ensuring solutions align with business and technical objectives. The ability to communicate effectively with business, delivery, and operational stakeholders is essential. Your expertise should include defining and managing data archiving strategies, ensuring compliance, and leading large-scale data migration projects. You should also have a deep understanding of Oracle database performance optimisation, indexing, and storage management.
