Job Title: Architecture Manager for Product Development Location: Barrow-In-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: £75,000 plus dependent on skills and experience with executive benefits and car allowance on top What you'll be doing: Manage the development of technical strategy, approach and standards Provide technical advice and guidance to business senior leadership Validate and manage the demand from functions and programmes into the Product Group Contribute to the overall development of future state architectures Develop, maintain and govern the solution development tools and processes Development of the solution configuration plan and reference models Oversee the assurance of designs against architectures and of the solution design, build and test activities Provide functional leadership and representation of IT resources Be responsible for the alignment of technical approach within the wider Architecture Office IT technical strategy Your skills and experiences: Essential You will need to have good Architecture experience with a focus in complex systems engineering Experience with Engineering Management and Design Systems (i.e Siemens) Experience of working within Architectural Frameworks (MODAF, TOGAF) Desirable Knowledge and experience of Product Management, Backlogs, Roadmaps and Prioritisation desirable Experience with Enterprise One, Sparks EA, or other architectural applications desirable Benefits: You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
