This role can be based in our London office (N1) with hybrid working but can also be done part-time and/or from home. We are implementing a new HR and Payroll system, iTrent; and are looking for a HR Systems and Data Officer to help drive our journey towards continuous improvement and data accuracy. You will play a vital role in maximising the functionality of our HR systems, including iTrent and our applicant tracking system, and supporting data-driven decision-making by providing valuable insights to the People function. If you have experience using and administrating HR information systems; writing and developing reports with an eagle-eye for details and discrepancies and a flexible approach, we would like to hear from you. The ability to use your own initiative to identify and complete tasks and suggest improvements will make you an ideal candidate, as will your common sense and patience.
