A global medical device company are looking for a Lead Process Engineer to join their Research and Development team on a contract basis. The role is primarily to lead new processes for one of their new projects relating to stents. The project is at feasibility stage and is expected to run for multiple years. You will take ownership and lead the process development part of the project. Essential skills: - Medical devices experience - Ability to lead others in the team and provide direction, at least 3 years in a lead process role - Catheter/stent covers or stent coverings/coating experience - Interpersonal and communication skills - Self-starter/proactive attitude The start date is for ASAP. The initial contract length is for 12 months, with options to extend after. The role is based in Limerick and will require 1 days onsite per week, the rest of the time you can work remotely. The rate is EUR60-68 per hour, depending on experience, if you have any expenses please let me know and I can factor that into the rate for you.
