This role will also develop and enhance relationship management with key service partners, independent contractors, vendors, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities/Tasks: • Lead the architecture design, and delivery towards consolidation of O365 amongst operating companies globally. • Lead the architecture and design towards implementation of a robust, cost-effective disaster recovery solution for all key business applications globally. • Ownership of the workflow design between core system applications and functions. • Ownership of end architecture target designs with viable interim states. • Ownership of data integration complexity, with an aim of simplification. • Ownership of architectural and operational design and roadmap. • Ensure solutions are secure by design, with minimum customisation (as needed). • Support and train technical / business leads across functions, using agile decision making. • Responsible for ensuring the correct technical solutions and products are chosen. • Responsible for documenting the technology landscape, interfaces, and data flows. • Responsible for ensuring new and modified services, occur in a planned, controlled, and timely manner, with emphasis on design and implementation concepts. • Provide monthly reporting dashboard, on network security, IoT consumption, endpoint and server security, application security, including SLA and key KPI counters to the director of IT and associated stakeholders. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of IT transformation related projects and programs, to ensure application of appropriate governance processes are aligned. • Maintain and up to date solution architecture diagrams / workflows and documentation for all key IT programmes, projects and ongoing BAU activities. • Provide timely reports to management and key stakeholders on projects progress, and risks to delivery including non-compliance issues. • Collaborate with the director of IT, ensuring IT security policies & practices are adhered to within all regions and groups. Skills/Competencies Required: • Microsoft / AWS architecture (recent experience) • Agile methodology / delivery • Experience with interacting with business and technology leaders. • Experience designing physical data models (relational SQL desirable) • Experience rolling our mid-large platforms from inception to production. • SQL, Java, Oracle, Kubernetes exposure. • Hardware and software virtualisation techniques • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Prior experience in a complex IT infrastructure environment • Excellent analytical abilities and innovative problem-solving skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong abilities to develop and enhance relationships with clients and peers. Job Description Application Support Analyst Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, the Application Support Analyst has primary responsibility for providing day to day operational support for the Company Application Portfolio, through the effective use and management of incident, requests and problems. You will be responsible for the regular monitoring and maintenance of the application portfolio. You will be responsible for the change management process for the Company, ensuring that the all changes are managed in accordance with the appropriate policies and that they have an appropriate roll-back plan and are scheduled in conjunction with the SSC and 3 rd party suppliers as appropriate. In addition you will provide appropriate SharePoint expertise, in terms of support, content management and development of sites, services and functionality. Responsibilities • Provide 2 nd and 3 rd line support for the Company application portfolio • Monitor application systems, identifying performance trends and taking action when necessary to stop problems arising • Liaise with 3 rd party suppliers, ensuring issues are escalated and dealt with as necessary and to SLA • Manage all system access requests • Own application/system documentation and the data repository that holds that information (i.e. SharePoint) • Provide technical support to the application architect and project services as required for project deliverables • Ensure that pro-formas are completed and submitted and track delivery • Provide test support for new and enhanced systems/applications • Responsible for Change Management process, ensuring that changes are managed, roll-back plans are in place and that they are appropriately scheduled and approved, liasing with SSC Change Manager • Owns Configuration Management process • Responsible for scheduled maintenance and capacity planning • Ensure that security, compliance and legislation is considered in all aspects of the role and associated processes • Responsible for the development and maintenance of the Corp data warehouse • Run reports and conduct analysis in-line with Business/Management requirements • Responsible for the provision of performance information, ensuring timely, accurate reports are provided to the necessary parties • Work with the Application Architect and Project Services to ensure that data/information analysis and reporting is considered in the development of new and enhanced systems design to ensure consideration is given to the linking, matching and cleansing of data across systems.
