Please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: £54,793 - £60,326 What you'll be doing: Lead the development and deployment of cyber security focused solutions within Operational Technology (OT) environments Take responsibility for major aspects of cyber security control specification, standards, technologies and overall cyber secure design models within the OT domain Provide definitive and expert advice in the specialist area of OT into other cyber security activities, such as incident response Act as a single point of contact for senior stakeholders and influencers for cyber security activities within the OT space Coordinate the promotion, development, acquisition and implementation of cyber security controls and services in close liaison with those responsible for management and strategy Ensure system compliance with the internal standards and leverages other appropriate industry standard frameworks for support Report on, and analyses the cyber security metrics and KPIs gathered across the BEMS, Manufacturing and Engineering domains Your skills and experiences: An understanding of emerging cyber requirements and cyber security threats A broad and comprehensive technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and technologies, with a demonstrable specialism in Operational Technology Excellent understanding of government and industry standard security policy, standards and best practice guidance Experience of working in an Operational Technology function and relevant field Experience managing, controlling and reporting project deliverables to senior management audiences Benefits: You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. The Air Cyber Security team: As a part of the Air Cyber Security team, you will be centrally placed within the Air Sector, and will be pivotal in providing support in delivering and operating the Air Sector cyber security services across the business. As part of the Cyber Security Strategy for Air Sector, the team is aiming to deliver around 30 new services with the aim of enhancing Cyber Security Capability throughout the Air sector. The Cyber Security Architect should have a good understanding of ICT systems and the latest security standards to ensure projects address cyber risk. Key responsibilities include: Provide security recommendations throughout the project life cycle and guide teams to align security standards, procedures and applicable controls based on risk and compliance requirements Provide technical security advice and design input in relation to Cloud, Web, Application, IT, IoT and Operational Technology systems Lead Threat Modelling and design risk assessment activities within the Defence Delivery environment Maintain a thorough understanding of the Defence Delivery ICT security posture and be proactive in recommending changes and enhancements where required Work with the Cyber Security Manager - Defence Delivery to research and develop security architectures to drive future business strategy and align with security principles Work with Central Cyber Security Group team in Compliance activities for Classified and Unclassified Networks As a senior staff member, mentor team members and provide cyber security advice to other staff About YOU Demonstrated relevant experience in the ICT security field with significant experience across Network, Infrastructure, Operating Systems and Applications Understanding of Information security manual (ISM) and other global Industry security standards(NIST, ISO, PCI DSS, …) relating to ICT Security Knowledge of Enterprise and Security Architecture frameworks (SABSA, TOGAF) Experience in providing guidance to project delivery by designing and developing secure solutions and implementing security principles Professional Security certifications is desirable such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or other similar credentials A Degree in ICT or Engineering related.
