The Role: The successful Senior Transition Manager will work closely alongside the Head of Programmes to oversee the operational transition and ensure the effective rollout of Oracle Fusion across the business. Your primary focus will be on managing the transition planning, execution, business process changes, and data migration to guarantee that the transition is seamless and successful. Whilst this is primarily a team management role this would require someone with a strong software development background, with a background in developing a variety of end to end solutions (IE ERP, WMS, Finance systems etc) with very strong management experience of medium or larger IT teams. The role offers flexible working with 2 days onsite in Birmingham per week and the rest remote, with a need to travel to Dublin, Spain and Portugal 1-2 times per month.
